Student Leaders- Part Two

In our Student Leaders post, we reviewed the positions available in the Black Belt Shoka Leader Program as a student leader. One of those positions is the Class Leader. A Class Leader is on track to becoming an instructor. As a Class Leader, the student will assist the teacher as he corrects the beginners. To obtain the position of Class Leader, a high skill level must be maintained by the student. He/she must be familiar with the Class Leader requirements, which include a thorough mastery of the material below green belt.
