Teens and Adults Martial Arts

The classes offered at Shotokan Karate Leadership School® utilize a top level team of instructors, who prepared curriculums under the supervision and guidance of Martial Arts Instructor, Marty Callahan. Our curriculum is designed to train each student to become a competent martial artist. These courses incorporate many different disciplines, and are tested by high level martial arts instructors to ensure effectiveness. The training system utilized at Shotokan Karate Leadership School® is crafted so that a student of any skill level can truly master the fine art of Martial Arts and Shotokan Karate for teens and adults. In our Martial Arts for Teens and Adults classes, the students will learn real life practical applications, as well as a system to help them manage the stress that comes along with life’s the daily challenges. The classes are designed to be more than just kicking and punching at Shotokan Karate Leadership School®. Our Martial Arts for Teens and Adults classes give you the ability to gain self confidence and improve your physical and mental capacities. Whether it is Martial Arts, Karate, or Physical Fitness, students will be provided with all the tools necessary to enhance the body’s basic functions. These functions include, but are not limited to flexibility, core strength, and endurance. Self- defense is taught in a safe and enjoyable environment while emphasizing the values and practical application of martial art skills sets that could one day save a life. Students learn to dedicate themselves to perfecting the martial arts techniques they are taught with a strong fitness program that is challenging for martial artist of every background.
